SD1003 Grinding Discs

Technician’s Choice SD1003 Surface Disc is a coarse, non-woven surface conditioning disc designed for tougher cleaning, blending, finishing, and surface prep jobs. Often called a “cookie,” this disc helps remove gasket material, surface rust, corrosion, oxidation, paint, and heavier surface buildup in professional shop and service environments. DIRECTIONS:

Attach the disc to the correct 3″ Type-R holder pad.
Make sure the disc is securely fastened before use.
Use with a compatible air or electric tool.
Work the disc over the surface using light to moderate pressure.
Do not exceed the holder pad’s maximum RPM rating.
Replace the disc when worn or no longer cutting effectively.
Always wear proper eye, hand, and respiratory protection.
