ECP Hose Clamps

ECP Worm-Drive Hose Clamps are versatile adjustable clamps designed to secure hoses onto fittings, tubes, and connectors in automotive, shop, service, maintenance, and general repair applications. The worm-drive screw mechanism allows the clamp to tighten evenly around the hose, helping create a secure hold while still allowing for adjustment, removal, and reinstallation when needed. Worm-drive clamps use a slotted band and screw mechanism that tightens around the hose as the screw is turned.

DIRECTIONS:

Select the correct clamp size based on the hose and fitting diameter.
Loosen the clamp by turning the screw counterclockwise until it opens enough to slide over the hose.
Slide the clamp onto the hose before installing the hose onto the fitting.
Push the hose fully onto the fitting, barb, or tube.
Position the clamp over the sealing area behind the fitting barb or raised bead.
Tighten the screw using the proper screwdriver, nut driver, or socket until the clamp is secure.
Do not overtighten, as this may damage the hose or clamp.
Check for leaks or movement after installation and retighten if needed.
