Technician’s Choice Steel Wool Pads are professional-grade hand pads designed for cleaning, polishing, and surface preparation on compatible durable surfaces. Available in multiple fine grades, these steel wool pads are useful for detail shops, dealerships, body shops, service departments, and general shop applications where controlled cleaning or finishing is needed. DIRECTIONS:

Select the proper steel wool grade for the surface and task.
Test on a small, inconspicuous area before use.
Use light pressure and work in the direction of the surface or grain when applicable.
Use dry or with an appropriate cleaner, polish, or lubricant depending on the job.
Avoid use on delicate, painted, tinted, plastic, or easily scratched surfaces unless specifically approved for that application.
Wipe away loosened residue with a clean towel.
Dispose of used steel wool properly and keep away from moisture to help prevent rusting.
