SD1004 Grinding Discs

Technician’s Choice SD1004 Surface Disc is a flexible, durable non-woven surface conditioning disc designed for cleaning, blending, finishing, and light deburring. Often called a “cookie,” this disc provides a consistent cut rate and is ideal for removing hardened gasket material, surface rust, corrosion, oxidation, paint, and light surface buildup. DIRECTIONS:

Attach the disc to the correct 3″ Type-R holder pad.
Make sure the disc is securely fastened before use.
Use with a compatible air or electric tool.
Do not exceed the holder pad’s maximum RPM rating.
Work the disc over the surface using light, even pressure.
Replace the disc when worn or no longer cutting effectively.
Always wear proper eye, hand, and respiratory protection.
