J-B Weld® JBT-JBW-27106 Perma-Lock™ Red High Strength Threadlocker is a professional high-strength adhesive designed to lock and seal threaded fasteners while preventing loosening from severe shock and vibration. Ideal for automotive and heavy-duty mechanical applications, it withstands temperatures up to 300°F and provides a durable bond that requires heat and hand tools for disassembly.

DIRECTIONS:

Clean all threads, including the bolt and threaded hole, with a suitable cleaning solvent before application.
Shake J-B Weld® Perma-Lock™ Red High Strength Threadlocker #27106 thoroughly before use.
For through-holes, apply several drops directly onto the bolt at the nut engagement area.
Assemble and tighten the fastener as usual.
When tightening to established torque specifications, no torque compensation is required.
Allow the threadlocker to cure before placing the assembly under heavy load or vibration.
For future disassembly, heat and hand tools are required due to the product’s high-strength formulation.
