1/4″ ID x 20 Element Square Static Mixer

SR-8249 Square Static Mixers are replacement mixing nozzles designed for use with compatible 50 mL dual-component adhesive and repair kits. The static mixer nozzle helps combine two-part materials as they dispense, allowing for a more consistent mix during adhesive, epoxy, foam, and plastic repair applications. These nozzles are intended for professional body shop, collision repair, reconditioning, and repair facility use.

DIRECTIONS:

Confirm the static mixer is compatible with the 50 mL cartridge being used.
Remove the cartridge cap and dispense a small amount of material to make sure both sides flow evenly.
Attach the static mixer securely to the cartridge.
Dispense a small amount through the mixer to confirm a proper mixed flow.
Apply the mixed material according to the adhesive or repair product directions.
Replace the mixer if product begins to cure inside the nozzle or if flow becomes restricted.
Do not reuse a clogged or cured static mixer.
